Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee direct sales to enterprise accounts and business operations within our global software organization. This pivotal role is central to driving market expansion and operational excellence, leveraging our cutting-edge CAD, 3D modeling, PLM and simulation solutions to empower industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining multi-year sales strategies, optimizing business processes, and cultivating a high-performance team culture. This leadership position requires a proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans across Sales Operations, People Management, and Business Operations, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Management
Lead multi-year sales strategy and business planning for key accounts or markets
Monitor market response and adjust sales plans to optimize performance
Drive efficient team structure and delegate across Go-to-Market channels
Provide accurate forecasts and prioritize strategic accounts using pipeline insights
People Management & Leadership
Own workforce planning and align team with future business needs
Recruit, set performance targets, and conduct regular appraisals
Establish development plans and coach team members
Foster a high-performance culture through leadership and engagement
Business Operations Management
Translate Siemens DISW strategy into actionable business direction
Lead budget planning and monitor cost center performance
Develop long-term customer retention strategies for growth
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with legal standards
General
Uphold Siemens values, culture, and compliance standards
Manage personal administration including timely expense reporting
Enforce health, safety, and quality requirements
Perform additional duties as required by the organization

Education and Experience:
• Relevant local University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or Sales (or lower qualification with relevant work experience)
• Manufacturing Software Sales experience
