What You Can Expect

The Robotics Sales Representative is responsible for promoting the Zimmer Biomet brand and its robotic product portfolio through technical and commercial visits. Using clear communication and strong commercial experience, this role must demonstrate the value and differentiation of the ZB Rosa products and develop trustworthy commercial relationships with customers, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare provider networks. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing the business line of consumables, robots, and components, supporting and driving commercial activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives defined by the Business Management team.

How You'll Create Impact

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate, build, and develop commercial relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and buyers involved with robotic solutions.

  • Convey key business messages using deep technical knowledge of the Zimmer Biomet robotic portfolio.

  • Develop, support, and assist in building and implementing the sales plan for the robotics line and its portfolio.

  • Perform and manage all necessary activities to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

  • Monitor competitor and market movements, adapting plans and activities quickly and efficiently to ensure execution and implementation.

  • Monitor and analyze market data and conditions to identify competitive advantages.

  • Collaborate with other Zimmer Biomet business lines to develop synergies and improve results.

  • Conduct sales and related activities to achieve the robotics line objectives, including Rosa systems, consumables, and disposables.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting and visit feedback.

  • Support Marketing and Medical Education areas in educational and commercial events, with internal resources, to grow the business and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development, staying updated with the most recent information for interaction with healthcare professionals.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and congresses.

  • Strictly comply with all Zimmer Biomet policies and SOPs regarding interactions with HCPs, product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities, and training. Also remain aware of and compliant with all applicable Mexican legislation relevant to Zimmer Biomet’s area of operation.

Your Background

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related areas.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Intermediate/advanced Spanish.

  • Advanced English.
