The role
Procure to Pay Team Lead - NORAM

As P2P Team Lead, you will lead a team delivering end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) services within our Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) for the North America region.
You will be responsible for service delivery excellence, people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement—ensuring high quality, compliance, and a strong supplier and business experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily Procure to Pay operations, including purchase order support, invoice processing, payments, and supplier queries.
Coach and develop team members, fostering a customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset.
Manage stakeholder and supplier interactions, including e-invoicing, payment queries, and dispute resolution.
Track and analyze key KPIs (cycle time, backlog, on-time payments, quality metrics).
Support transitions, new scope onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we need to see from you
Proven experience in Procure to Pay / Accounts Payable / Shared Services (GBS / HUB), ideally in high-volume environments.
Strong understanding of invoice processing, controls, and compliance frameworks.
Solid reporting and KPI management skills, with advanced Excel and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management, resilience, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
