Join a globally dispersed team where and own the Human Capital agenda for the Mexico GCC site, lead a multi-layer team and drive transformation, operational excellence and colleague experience in a complex, global, matrixed environment!
This full-time hybrid position is based in Mexico City, with flexible work options available later. The role supports multiple business areas and an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team that operates globally.
What the day will look like
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions that directly support client and business objectives. Each day will involve a balance of independent work, team collaboration and partner communication as you guide initiatives from concept to execution. Continuously refine processes and share insights to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.
Partner with internal collaborators to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable work plans.
Analyze data and qualitative input to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present your findings in a clear, concise way.
Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring key achievements and results are met on time and to a high standard.
Collaborate with subject matter authorities to design and refine solutions, documentation, and recommendations.
Proactively monitor progress, raise issues when needed and recommend adjustments to keep work on track.

Validated experience managing or contributing to multi-stakeholder projects from planning through implementation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate work, prioritize tasks and meet targets in a dynamic environment supported by at least seven years serving in a leadership role.
A collaborative approach, open to feedback and passionate about continuous improvement.
English level of C1 or better.
