Mexico TOM – Human Capital Solution Line Director

This full-time hybrid position is based in Mexico City, with flexible work options available later. The role supports multiple business areas and an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team that operates globally.

What the day will look like

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions that directly support client and business objectives. Each day will involve a balance of independent work, team collaboration and partner communication as you guide initiatives from concept to execution. Continuously refine processes and share insights to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.

  • Partner with internal collaborators to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable work plans.

  • Analyze data and qualitative input to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present your findings in a clear, concise way.

  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring key achievements and results are met on time and to a high standard.

  • Collaborate with subject matter authorities to design and refine solutions, documentation, and recommendations.

  • Proactively monitor progress, raise issues when needed and recommend adjustments to keep work on track.

  • Validated experience managing or contributing to multi-stakeholder projects from planning through implementation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate work, prioritize tasks and meet targets in a dynamic environment supported by at least seven years serving in a leadership role.

  • A collaborative approach, open to feedback and passionate about continuous improvement.

  • English level of C1 or better.
