About the Program
The IBM Future Club is IBM Sales’ flagship internship program, created to develop high-potential university students who are interested in building a long-term career in Technology Sales or Technical Sales.
Through structured learning, real-world experience, and close mentorship, you will gain exposure to IBM’s cutting-edge technologies while developing the commercial and technical skills needed to succeed in a client-facing role.
This program is designed as a talent pipeline for future Sales and Technical Sales professionals at IBM.

Your role and responsibilities

You’ll work alongside IBM Sales and Technical Sales professionals, gaining exposure to:
Client meetings and discovery sessions
Product demonstrations and solution presentations
Sales strategy, pipeline discussions, and negotiation support
As a Future Club Intern, You Will
Complete structured learning paths and program milestones
Shadow experienced sellers and technical sellers during customer engagements
Support data analysis and reporting activities
Contribute to sales presentations, demos, and proposals
Build a strong professional network within IBM
Required technical and professional expertise
'- Currently enrolled and actively studying at a university, with an expected graduation date of July 2027
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Foundational technical knowledge in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines. This may include basic exposure to areas such as programming, data, cloud computing, systems, or automation. The program is designed to further develop these skills, so deep technical expertise is not required at entry.
Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Sales or Technical Sales
Availability to commit to a paid internship of approximately 6 hours per day over a 12‑month period, with flexibility to accommodate academic schedules and exam periods
Ability to work in a hybrid model, attending the office 2-3 times per week
Advanced or fluent English proficiency (B2-C1
Preferred technical and professional experience
