Contact Center Representative

What will the typical day be like.

The Colleague provides high quality contact center support for external clients via email, webchat and phone calls.

Answers employee queries via email, webchat and phone providing exceptional service.

  • Following client specific requirements to meet each client’s exact needs.

  • Applying the processes and procedures in daily work.

  • Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets).

  • Reviewing and updating procedures and documentation.

  • Managing client mailbox.

  • Cooperates with operations team to resolve open workflows in a timely manner within SLA's

  • Is bilingual (English/Spanish) or trilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese).

    Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • You must have a bachelor’s degree.

  • Languages: Portugues Advanced.

  • Technological tools: (Word, Excel and Power Point).

  • Experience: At least 1 year in similar positions or in customer service.
