ASRC Federal Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a Secret or higher cleared Training Support Specialists to join our team at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, MX. This position provides administrative and execution support for approved security cooperation training and advising activities with Mexican military counterparts under Title 10 authorities.
The selected candidates responsibilities will include the following:
Assist in developing, maintaining, and synchronizing comprehensive training schedules and plans in coordination with MILGP staff and U.S. Government stakeholders.
Support full lifecycle management of training events, from initial planning through execution and after-action reporting.
Coordinate and track biometric enrollment, Leahy vetting, and partner-force eligibility processes under government supervision.
Coordinate travel and logistical support for MEXMIL participants, including preparation, tracking, and reconciliation of Invitational Travel Orders (ITOs).
Ensure training activities and associated documentation comply with U.S. law, DoD and DSCA policy, and U.S. Embassy Mexico City guidance.
Facilitate coordination among MILGP staff, MEXMIL counterparts, training providers, and USNORTHCOM to ensure effective communication and execution.
Maintain required records, databases, and reporting systems supporting DSCA, USNORTHCOM, and Embassy reporting requirements.
Track procurement, delivery, and accountability of training-related equipment and materials.
This position operates under the direction of MILGP Mexico personnel and does not approve training activities, validate requirements, or independently engage partner nation counterparts.
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
6+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a security cooperation or international training environment.
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of an active Secret clearance will not be considered.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 4 additional years of relevant experience
Spanish language proficiency required.
Requires strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating between U.S. agencies and foreign military partners while ensuring compliance with DoD/DSCA policy.
Desired experience includes managing training events for foreign partners, processing invitational travel orders (ITOs), and knowledge of personnel vetting requirements (e.g., Leahy).
