Garmin B2B Sales Analyst in Mexico City, Mexico
Overview
We are seeking a full-time B2B Sales Analyst in our Mexico location ( Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México) . In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to the sales area, ensuring proper follow-up of specialized distributor accounts in Mexico. This position will play a key role in coordinating internal processes related to promotions, provisions, credit notes, sales forecasts, and customer statistics, as well as preparing business reports that support decision-making and channel growth.
Essential Functions
Provide administrative support to Key Account Executives in day-to-day account management functions
Support sales team with the creation, management and review of all promotional activity negotiated with distributors
Manage and control credit note processes related to customer sales activity
Develop and maintain sales forecasts
Analyze sales metrics (sell-in/sell-out) and prepare reports for management
Prepare Business Reviews for key accounts and specialized distributors
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Logistics) to ensure proper administrative flow of the B2B channel
Follow up on purchase order processes, product information validation (SKU, pricing, descriptions)
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, account administration, or distributor support
Knowledge of sales administrative processes (provisions, credit notes, forecast)
Must demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results-oriented and customer service driven with excellent teamwork, effective communication, proactivity and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
Experience in consumer electronics, fitness, or recreational industries
Familiarity with sales planning systems or CRM
Demonstrated intermediate communication skills in English
