Honeywell Advanced Project Engr in Mexico City, Mexico
As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing complex projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ultimately delivering high-quality results that contribute to the company's success.
You will report directly to our Sr R&D Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of advanced engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and implement project plans, including timeline and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status and performance.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such Electronic and Mechatronic engineering
5 years of experience in project engineering or related roles
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
Technical expertise in project management tools (Jira, Atlassian Suite and Microsoft Project) and methodologies (Scrum and SAFE)
Proficient English level

Previous experience in NPI projects
Six Sigma certification
Experience in leading and managing large-scale and complex projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
