Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented and motivated early-career as a Supply Chain professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and are passionate about using data to support better business decisions. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders, and thrive in a structured, process-driven setting. You demonstrate professionalism in everything you do and value building strong relationships within and outside your team. You are bilingual (English/Spanish) as part of your role.
What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Student, you will:
Assist with material quotations and supplier sourcing
Support price negotiations and purchasing terms
Help evaluate supplier performance
Manage and organize procurement documentation
Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors
Maintain and update internal databases with supplier, product, and order information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies
What You Bring
Currently enrolled in 6th to 8th semester of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
