Honeywell Program Controls Specialist II in Mexicali, Mexico
As a member of a program team, the position assists integrated program team in the development of program plans and the creation of program cost and schedule baselines on larger programs or projects with one or more sites. The position analyzes program performance in accordance with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards and prepares reports to internal and external customers.
Develop program plans, ensure cost and schedule integration and EAC management on larger programs or projects with one or more sites and/or as part of a larger team using effective time management skills. Working knowledge and experience with program management processes (cost, schedule technical controls, baseline development, assigning-time phased resources & budgets to work scope, performance measurement, etc.).
Competency: Support program baseline and execution, Establish & effectively communicate with integrate program team members, progresses through required training and applies standard practices and improvements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field.
At least 3 years business related experience.
