Advanced Energy Production Scheduler in Mexicali, Mexico
Production Scheduler
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in executing daily and weekly production schedules based on planning input.
Monitor timely delivery of materials and components to production lines.
Issue and maintain shop floor documentation and work orders.
Communicate with internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
Maintain accurate records of production data against WO
Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing basic reports.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production control and material flow.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to present ideas in a clear and persuasive manner, both orally and in writing.
Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in demand, product description, and material demand.
Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities
Minimum of three to five years of production planning or material management experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ideally PCBA /SMT experience
Experience in a high mix/low volume, pull-based manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility.
Previous experience with SAP.
Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience.
