WK Kellogg Co. is looking for an EHSS Intern to join our team in Mexicali, Baja California . In this role, you’ll support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) compliance initiatives and help enhance our tracking tools and documentation. This is a temporary, part-time, on‑site opportunity designed to help you grow your technical and professional skills.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Support Legal Compliance & Documentation
Improve Excel-based digital tools to ensure accurate tracking of incident data and legal compliance.
Develop work instructions, guides, and visual aids to strengthen EHSS compliance alignment.
Maintain organized records and support audits or internal reviews related to EHSS processes.
Enhance EHSS Processes
Assist in identifying improvements within existing compliance workflows.
Collaborate with the EHSS team to ensure timely updates of legal and safety requirements.
Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives that reinforce a strong safety culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related fields.
Strong Excel skills with interest in developing digital tools and dashboards.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work on-site in Mexicali on a part‑time, temporary schedule.
