Honeywell Business Transformation Analyst in Mexicali, Mexico
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Honeywell Aerospace – Transformation Analyst . This role will report to the Sr. Director Transformation for Aerospace with broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate process knowledge & leadership skills, while playing an instrumental role in the success of the company. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance performance.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
Conduct thorough data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
Develop reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to derive insights and recommendations.
Support workshops and training sessions to educate teams on best practices and transformation methodologies.
Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition during transformation projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transformation and operational efficiency.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in Transformation or Change Management.
3-5 years of experience in Program/project management, process development, or related area
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
SAP, Microsoft Tools experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with Global cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Proven experience on continues improvement, and understanding of Honeywell processes and workflows
Bachelor’s degree in process optimization, project management, operations management or equivalent
