Stanley Black and Decker Senior Sales Engineer-Stud Welding Systems in Mevalurkuppam, India
The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering profitable sales of stud welding systems, studs, and industrial fastening solutions across the West Region. The role focuses on key account management, new business development, and providing strong techno-commercial support to OEM and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned annual revenue and SGM targets
Promote stud welding equipment, consumables, and fastening solutions
Manage and grow OEM, EPC, Automotive, and Industrial customer accounts
Identify, develop, and convert new application opportunities
Conduct weld trials, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
Lead techno-commercial negotiations and successfully close orders
Maintain an active CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting
Ensure timely collections and effective credit control
Coordinate with service, inside sales, and operations teams for seamless execution

Qualifications & Experience
BE / BTech – Mechanical/Electrical preferred
5–10 years of experience in welding, fastening, or industrial capital equipment sales
Strong understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes
Proven track record in B2B industrial sales and account management
