Job Description:
The Operations Support III role provides operational and project support for Patient Services. This position reports to the Director or Associate Director of Client Operations and plays a key role in enabling efficient, high quality service delivery.
Core Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Monitor, analyze, and take action on tickets within a custom issue management tool, including identifying trends and supporting resolution efforts
• Provide project management support across Client Operations initiatives
• Develop and maintain routine reports using Excel and create PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Support additional operational projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by Client Operations leadership
Required Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple systems simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
