1. Marketo (or similar marketing automation platform) expertise. Hands-on experience building, testing, and executing campaigns in Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
2. Omnichannel and email campaign management. Ability to build, QC, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, direct mail, media) for 1:1 communications.

- Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (search, display, paid social, and programmatic) to generate qualified leads and support commercial objectives.
- Manage SEM/PPC activities including keyword research, bid strategies, ad copy testing, landing page alignment, and budget pacing to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Own organic performance initiatives: conduct SEO audits, implement on-page and technical SEO recommendations, and collaborate with content teams on keyword-driven content strategies.
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing and marketing automation workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or MailChimp to nurture leads and drive pipeline progression.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and other social ad platforms including audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce compelling creative assets and landing pages; provide copywriting support and ensure messaging consistency across channels.
- Implement A/B tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics, and landing page improvements informed by user behavior and analytics.
- Deploy and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager, ensure accurate data collection across channels, and build dashboards in Google Data Studio for campaign reporting.
- Analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools; translate insights into actionable optimization plans.
- Maintain and update content in CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), ensuring SEO best practices and UX basics are applied.
- Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to align lead handoff processes, maintain tracking in Salesforce (or other CRMs), and support lead scoring and attribution initiatives.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, testing methodologies, and tool capabilities to recommend new tactics and technology investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of hands on digital marketing experience across paid search, paid social, SEO, and email or marketing automation
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio for performance tracking and reporting
- Experience managing paid social campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager; familiarity with additional social ad platforms preferred
- Hands on experience with marketing automation and email platforms including HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and Mailchimp, as well as CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong SEO k owledge including keyword research, technical SEO, and on page SEO using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs
- Experience with A B testing, conversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, and basic UX best practices
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms including WordPress; basic HTML and CSS experience preferred
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including dashboard creation and data driven insights
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
- Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills; detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects in fast paced environments
- Preferred experience with PPC optimization tools and exposure to B2B or B2C pharma or healthcare marketing environments
