This key leadership role provides the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop both their technical and leadership capabilities, while creating a meaningful impact on the HR operational efficiency and associate experience within Brunswick
The successful candidate will bring considerable experience and a proven track record of transformation within HR Technology and Shared Services
You must demonstrate a combination of strategic and hands on proven experience in implementation and continued development of HR Technology strategy and supporting HR Shared Services delivery model, preferably in a global industrial manufacturing environment
This leader must have the passion, energy, and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
Experience in leading a HR technology and HR Shared Services team in a global decentralized organization
Deep experience of all components and functionality within Workday, with 10-15 years of experience in HR / HR Technology and HR Shared Services
Experience of leveraging Workday or associated technologies to provide meaningful data analytics to best support HR and Business decision making
Experience of implementing and fully leveraging manager and employee self service offerings with supporting communication, education and change management
Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner across all functions and levels within and outside the organization on a global basis
Positive attitude, clear and concise communicator, high energy, good listener, and sense of humor
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamically changing environment
Ability to quickly build rapport and trust in a collaborative work environment
Driven self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to operate autonomously
Creative and resourceful thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Possesses strong character and integrity, as well as strong executive presence

Benefits
Expected Base Salary Range: $175k - $275k + Incentives
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position
Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors

Responsibilities
This role collaborates with HR COEs, HRBPs, IT, and our external partners / consultants to continually develop the most appropriate Technology solution for key HR processes and leveraging our HR Shared Services team to support our evolving business strategy and position the company to attract & retain top talent
This is a hands-on role that is responsible for assessing existing HR technology (Workday) and HR Shared Services processes globally against the HR and business strategy
You will be responsible for developing an overall HR Technology & Shared Services strategy with supporting roadmaps, budget and change management plans
The role is also the key liaison between HR and the IT organization
Responsible for evaluating and implementing a clear and cohesive technology framework, centered on Workday, in partnership with HR COE Functional owners that enable the facilitation of efficient HR processes and service delivery for talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, high potential pipeline, succession planning, goal setting, performance management and associate engagement
From a technology perspective, Brunswick’s core environment is Workday, and this is supplemented as needed by other systems and tools
This role will seek to build on our current Workday and Shared Service utilization and help take us forward in the next phase of our development
Develop Roadmap to take Brunswick on the next phase of its Workday evolution, ensuring we are fully leveraging existing Workday capabilities, including expansion of manager & employee self service capabilities, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting our performance management processes
Support COE on key projects outside of Workday to ensure successful implementation and integration with Workday as required (e.g., Learning Management System, Engagement Survey Tool)
Build internal Workday competencies both within the HR IT and COE functions
Develop key reporting and dashboards to provide the organization with the metrics and insights to help support informed decision making, either within Workday or by leveraging third party tools
Consider the implications of AI on HR processes and service delivery, identify potential opportunities
Develop the roadmap for the next step in HR Shared Services, define key services and supporting performance metrics
