Solstice Advanced Materials Operation Maintenance Coordinator in Metropolis, Illinois

Use your knowledge of operations and maintenance to support job coordination for the only uranium conversion facility in the United States. You will work under direct supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented production facility operators, machinists, mechanics, and inspectors. You will be provided with on-the-job training and learning experience. You will use your expertise and coordination skills to facilitate maintenance activities to support the safe and efficient operations of our facility.

Managing SAP workload/tasks
Ensure compliance with procedures
Incoming inspection
Perform administrative duties
Hidden damage inspection
Disposition maintenance activities
Comply with service bulletins
Participating in formal on the job training
Will support 12 hour rotating shift
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and improve equipment reliability
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures and recurring issues
Monitor and track maintenance costs, budget adherence, and resource allocation
Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance technicians and operators
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in maintenance and reliability
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
WE VALUE
Significant knowledge of mechanical repair
Attention to detail and ability to follow meticulous instructions
Willingness to grow and learn
Ability to complete work as instructed and follow up
Capable of lifting to 30 pounds
Significant relevant inspection experience
Familiarity with blueprints and OEM inspection/repair manuals
Expert analytical skills

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $94,064K - $117,580K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
