The overall key responsibility of a home health aide is to provide support that allows people to age in a place safely and comfortably in their homes. Your duties will include basic housekeeping chores. such as vacummig, doing laundry, dusting, and washing dishes, grocery shopping and preparing meals according to the clients preferences and individual dietary needs and restrictions. You will be assisting with daily task, such as bathing, grooming dressing, toileting and feeding if necessary. You may also be tasked to adminster medications, and other basic health supports, such as dressing the client and keeping accurate records of services performed.
