Core Responsibilities: Administrative Coordination: Support day-to-day office functions, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and correspondence. Communication Support: Answer calls, respond to emails, and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Scheduling Assistance: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars as needed. Data Handling: Enter, update, and verify information in company systems with accuracy. Office Operations: Assist with maintaining an organized and productive work environment. Supply Oversight: Monitor inventory of office supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Team Support: Provide general assistance to staff and management on various administrative tasks.
