Overview:

Provide overall direction for field installation of assigned project. Owns direct responsibility for field labor, labor coordination, production quality control, and safety on assigned project. Represents RMS on the project site and ensures that the installation functions as designed and satisfies the contracted scope.

High Level Job Functions:

Foreman Level

• Attends and contributes to the various Operations Meetings
• Blueprint reading, coordination, layout, sketching, and materials take off
• Material, tool, and equipment handling, which includes ordering, receiving, placing, and returning
• Contract scope delineationsMust be able to confirm that construction drawings and specs agree with contract scope and to respond to general contractors requests concerning any scope limits
• Time keeping and other administrative duties, which includes but isnt limited to daily reports, submittal logs, RFI status, etc.
• Ensuring that safety standards and other company programs are implemented and effective
• Building code compliance
• Quality Control
• Transport prefabricated parts to construction sites for assembly and installation
• Production management

Superintendent Level

• All foreman level functions
• Trade stacking and phasing; influence project scheduling
