Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a key resource for the repair of production equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and welding systems, with a specific focus on manual mills and lathes. You will be responsible for tracking and updating the preventive maintenance plans for equipment, actively participating in the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of an automated production line, and strictly adhering to safety regulations and procedures related to equipment operation.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain production equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and welding systems.
Track and update preventive maintenance plans for various equipment.
Participate in the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of automated production lines.
Follow and implement the preventive maintenance program for equipment.
Apply safety regulations and adhere to procedures and work methods related to equipment operation.
Essential Skills
Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
Proficiency in lockout/tagout procedures and working with milling and lathe machines.
Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems, starting with safety checks and examining power supply, wiring, and hardware.
Experience in electromechanical technology with a systematic approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Completed training in electromechanics (DEP or DEC).
Experience as an electromechanical technician.

Work Environment
This role requires physical activity, including the ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed. Climbing portable ladders and using personal protection equipment is necessary. Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are required. The work environment promotes safety and includes electric charging stations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
