Facilities Maintenance Technician
Contract-to-Hire | Mesa, AZ | $32–$40/hr | Fully Onsite

What You’ll Do
As a key member of the maintenance team, you will:
Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding systems
Complete facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, fabrication, and general building repairs
Maintain and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure equipment reliability
Diagnose and resolve issues involving integrated electro-mechanical systems
Support the installation, deployment, and optimization of automated production lines
Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and equipment uptime
What You Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in facility maintenance and industrial equipment repair
Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fabrication systems
Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex equipment issues
Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and automated systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
Preferred Qualifications
Completed electromechanical training (DEP or DEC)
Prior experience as an Electromechanical Technician
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
