Position Summary
TheHR Recruitersupports bothtalent acquisition and HR operations, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining accurate, compliant employee records. This role partners with hiring managers, keeps the hiring pipeline moving, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience from start to finish.
What Youll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate background checks
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment records
- Process onboarding documents (including I-9s)
- Maintain employee records and support audits
- Respond to employee HR questions and support training & events

What You Bring
- 1-3 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelors degree preferred \| HR certification a plus
