Aerotek Electrician (4 10's, Indoor) in Mesa, Arizona
Electrician – Commercial & Industrial
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Pay: $34 to $35/hr
Indoor, Climate Controlled
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5pm to 3am (2nd shift)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team and support large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This position plays a key role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems while ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and operational standards. You will collaborate closely with leadership, engineers, and cross-functional teams to support ongoing production and facility improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems within large commercial or industrial facilities.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to quickly resolve electrical and HVAC-related issues.
Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and compliant installations.
Coordinate daily with leadership, engineers, and other trades to align electrical work with project goals.
Maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and organization.
Develop, promote, and adhere to safety protocols to reduce risk and maintain compliance.
Support lean manufacturing practices and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience
Journeyman-level experience with strong electrical and HVAC troubleshooting abilities.
Proficiency in conduit bending, control panels, low-voltage systems (10–20 WAT), and electrical terminations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Comprehensive understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Additional Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational electrical training preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on electrical installation and repair experience.

Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing portable ladders

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.10 - $33.10/hr.
