Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
Engage in hands-on assembling of electrical control panels, wiring harnesses, and related components used in industrial automation systems. We seek dependable individuals with a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Build and route wiring harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling, and terminating cables.
Connect drivers and electrical components without the need for programming.
Perform wiring inside control panels, junction boxes, and Dixel panels.
Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
Install and secure mechanical components, including coil pumps, heat trace elements, and enclosures.
Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
Assist in layout, mounting, and assembly of panel frames, hardware, and electrical devices.
Perform self-checks to ensure accurate wiring and clean panel layouts.
Maintain safe work practices and comply with all facility safety policies.
Keep work area organized and follow standard operating procedures.
Essential Skills
Assembly, wire harness, crimping, panel building, schematic, hand tool, soldering, blueprint, mechanical, cable, electrical/wiring skills.
Experience working in a control panel shop.
Hands-on wiring experience with harnesses, terminations, crimping, and routing.
Experience with industrial controls or automation components.
Familiarity with heat trace, Dixel systems, or panel build environments.

4/10 Schedule
Monday - Friday 6am-4:30pm

19-23/hr

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
