Aerotek 2nd Shift Material Handler in Mesa, Arizona
Material Handler
Location: Mesa, AZ
Full-Time | Onsite
Monday- Thursday 5pm- 3:30am
$20-23/hr

Material Handlers are essential to keeping the manufacturing floor running smoothly. If you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, this role gives you a direct impact on building high‑performance, energy‑efficient HVAC and thermal management systems used in mission‑critical facilities.
What You’ll Do
Receive, inspect, and move raw materials, components, and finished goods
Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production and assembly areas
Accurately track inventory using ERP systems, scanners, or manual logs
Load and unload trucks and assist with shipping and receiving
Operate material‑handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
Maintain clean, organized warehouse and staging areas
Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
Follow safety procedures and help maintain an efficient, hazard‑free work environment

Have experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory control (preferred, not required)
Are comfortable lifting materials and working in an industrial environment
Pay attention to details and enjoy keeping things organized
Work well independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 lbs as needed)
Basic computer or inventory system experience preferred
Forklift experience a plus (certification can be provided)
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
