Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Join a global industry leader in engineering and manufacturing aftermarket air suspension products. As a general production worker, you will play a crucial role in assembling precision-engineered components used in vehicles worldwide. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to work with high-quality products.
Responsibilities
Assemble air suspension components and related parts according to work orders, diagrams, and visual instructions.
Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to complete assembly tasks.
Inspect parts for quality, ensuring products meet high durability and performance standards.
Work from simplified, visual work instructions similar to IKEA-style diagrams.
Maintain a clean and organized work area according to safety and efficiency standards.
Stand for 10+ hours while performing repetitive production tasks.
Perform basic troubleshooting and notify leads of defects or issues with parts or tools.
Support workflow by following production pacing and contributing to team output goals.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures in the manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude or experience in assembly, mechanical work, automotive tasks, or similar hands-on roles.
Ability to read and follow basic visual work orders or illustrated step-by-step diagrams.
Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with tools, machinery, and repetitive processes.
Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
Ability to accurately interpret visual work orders similar to IKEA assembly diagrams.

Work Environment
Assemblers work in non-climate-controlled environments in Building B and Building C. Building B is a new manufacturing warehouse where candidates work at standing workstations, assemble products, and prepare them for shipment. Building C focuses on remanufacturing, where candidates rebuild used products and have opportunities to grow into different specialized departments. The work schedule runs from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional shifts on Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
