Duties Include:
Coordinate and manage the assigned project(s) to comply with cost, schedule and technical requirements and established company practices in order to meet project commitments
Lead/coordinate input for proposals and participate in subsequent contract negotiations.
Interface with finance managers, contracts managers, PEM's, CE's, OPM's, cost account managers, design and operations teams to manage programs
Review and monitor metrics on the projects and provide support as required to the product area director
Manage risks and opportunities
Conduct bid reviews and phase reviews
Coordinate training requirements
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in order to interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Be comfortable working in an unstructured environment where the day to day responsibilities are fluid.
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Engineering, Operations, Contracts or Financial lead experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
