ManpowerGroup Maintenance Tech in Merrimack, New Hampshire
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Tech
Location: Merrimack, NH
Pay Range:
Level 1- $22-$30
Level 2- $30-$35
PLUS 2nd shift additional $2.50
Shift: 2nd- 3pm to 11pm
What's the Job?
Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on manufacturing equipment to meet production deadlines
Generate and maintain preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
Assist Manufacturing Engineering with troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes
Organize and maintain work areas and spare parts inventory for efficiency
Support qualification and validation of test and production equipment as needed
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent
4-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills, both oral and written (English)
Basic computer skills including MS Office applications (Word/Excel)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
