Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Marketing

Location: Vienna, VA

Type: Contract

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage marketing-related technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and third-party vendors, to facilitate project execution

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders at all levels

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Requirements

  • Experience in managing marketing technology projects

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) preferred

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
