Primary Purpose
The Lead Contracts Specialist will act as the primary contact person for the National Accounts team. This person shall be tasked with the review, draft, and negotiate all national master agreements with a designated national account customer.
Essential Functions
Draft, review, and negotiate national account master agreements
Construct new USS document legal templates and modification language
Review and negotiate agreements within the contracts queue designated as National
Assist the Contracts Manager and Director of Contracts when needed in signing, delegating work, interviewing new candidates, CLM process improvements, etc.
Be the primary contact person for reviewing Vendor agreements (where USS is obtaining the services from a vendor). i.e. software and technology agreements.
Assist in contract analytics and legal research, case management.
Perform additional task as may be required by manager.

Salary Range
$77,400.00 – $112,200.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
