St. Luke's Health System CNA Outpatient Infusion Center in Meridian, Idaho
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a fast-paced outpatient infusion center (non-oncology). This unique role blends hands-on clinical care with administrative responsibilities—playing a key part in patient check-in, flow, and overall experience from arrival through treatment.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts
Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 7:00 PM (schedule may vary)
Required to train and float across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa locations
Weekend rotation approximately every 6 weeks
What You Can Expect:
Room patients for infusion visits, including height, weight, vital signs, screening questionnaires, and medication reconciliation
Manage patient check-in and flow using EMR and other computer systems to support the infusion unit
Perform administrative tasks to track patient status and coordinate care throughout the visit
Clean and prepare infusion chairs between patients to maintain a safe, welcoming environment
Maintain stocked, organized, and efficient clinical spaces
Crosstrain to support lab functions and assist nursing with patient care needs
Work closely with a collaborative, high-energy outpatient care team
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification or Nurse Apprentice Letter required
Six months of experience as a CNA
BLS/CPR certification required
High school diploma or equivalent required
