JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Part Assembly: Assemble, screw, snap, and package various components according to instructions.
- Light Assembly: Perform light assembly tasks with precision and care.
- Physical Requirements:
{=html} <!-- --> - - Stand and walk for the majority of the shift. - Occasionally sit and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. - Engage in repetitive movements involving the upper body.
{=html} <!-- --> - Machine Operation: Safely operate assembly equipment, adhering to safety protocols. - Teamwork: Work closely with the Team Lead and Production Manager, contributing to team efforts to meet production targets with quality and speed. - Quality Assurance: Maintain a steady pace while ensuring all products meet established quality standards. - Communication: Effectively read, understand, and follow established procedures and instructions. - Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment. - Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the production process.
