Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Residential Group Homes
$18.00/HR | Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedules | $1,000 Signing Bonus

We are actively seeking dedicated DSPs/Caregivers to provide In-Home & Community Support, Companion Services, Community Participation Support, and Respite Services within our Residential Group Homes.
Responsibilities
Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational skill areas
Support participation in leisure and recreational activities
Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to families or primary caregivers
Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development
Maintain competency in required skills and responsibilities
Work independently in the community and/or client homes
Assist with personal care needs as required by individual clients
Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism
Submit documentation and payroll information on time
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass criminal background, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
Ability to lift or assist with mobility needs depending on client requirements
CPR/First Aid Certification (training provided by Abound Health)
Experience working with individuals with I/DD preferred
1–2 years of caregiving experience preferred
Compensation
$18.00 per hour
$1,000 Signing Bonus for qualified candidates

$333 after 90 days (minimum 20 hours/week)
$333 after 6 months (minimum 20 hours/week)
$334 after 1 year (minimum 20 hours/week)
Applicant must not have been employed by Abound Health or any acquired companies within the past 18 months
Not applicable for Residential Services
Relative as Provider (RAP) hires are not eligible
