Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Residential Group Homes

$18.00/HR | Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedules | $1,000 Signing Bonus

We are actively seeking dedicated DSPs/Caregivers to provide In-Home & Community Support, Companion Services, Community Participation Support, and Respite Services within our Residential Group Homes.

Responsibilities

• Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational skill areas

• Support participation in leisure and recreational activities

• Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to families or primary caregivers

• Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development

• Maintain competency in required skills and responsibilities

• Work independently in the community and/or client homes

• Assist with personal care needs as required by individual clients

• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism

• Submit documentation and payroll information on time

  Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass criminal background, driving record, and healthcare registry checks

• Ability to lift or assist with mobility needs depending on client requirements

• CPR/First Aid Certification (training provided by Abound Health)

• Experience working with individuals with I/DD preferred

• 1–2 years of caregiving experience preferred

  Compensation

• $18.00 per hour

• $1,000 Signing Bonus for qualified candidates

  Signing Bonus Details

• $333 after 90 days (minimum 20 hours/week)

• $333 after 6 months (minimum 20 hours/week)

• $334 after 1 year (minimum 20 hours/week)

• Applicant must not have been employed by Abound Health or any acquired companies within the past 18 months

• Not applicable for Residential Services

• Relative as Provider (RAP) hires are not eligible
