How you’ll make an impact in this role
Deliver essential, high-quality direct patient care, assisting with personal needs and activities of daily living to promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence.
Document the patient care journey, accurately recording vital signs, input/output, and interventions to maintain high-quality, legally compliant records that support the multidisciplinary team.
Communicate critical changes in a patient’s physical or emotional status to the nursing staff immediately to ensure timely, informed clinical intervention and patient safety.
Support patient safety and mobility by skillfully assisting with patient movement, placement, and transport for various exams and treatments.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly patient environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and all essential medical equipment is in immediate readiness for use.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
High school diploma/GED required.
Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
