Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining injection molding machinery and equipment throughout our facility, which produces K-cups, coffee cups, and packaging for medical and food companies.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair injection molding and blow molding machines.
Operate and maintain hoists, cranes, HVAC systems, pipes, and air compressors.
Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical components such as gears, pumps, cooling systems, and conveyors/sprockets.
Work with electrical/electronic components including robotics, fuses, relays, switches, power supplies, capacitors, cabinet wiring, single/3 phase motors, and PLC systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Essential Skills
Strong mechanical experience
Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical systems and robotics.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Robotics training is a plus.
Formal schooling in a related field is advantageous.

Work Environment
The work schedule includes 1st shift from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm and 3rd shift from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am, which offers a $3 premium. Training is conducted during the day shift for 2-4 weeks. Our facility is automated and robotic, contributing to a modern and efficient work environment. Employees are provided with uniforms (8-10 pairs), and the culture is supportive with a focus on growth and development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $850000.00/yr.
