Job Description We have an immediate hiring need for our full-time manufacturing Machine Operator 2. This is a 3rd Shift role (Sun-Thurs, 10:00PM - 6:00AM). You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Mequon, WI. You will operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks. Check and inspect operations against predetermined tolerances. Your Responsibilities: Work with ThroughHole Placement Technologies and electronically controlled processes, components, and full PCB layouts for final product creation. Operate and work with production machinery, including solder selection, wave solder, and conformal coat processes. Set up and run multiple machines and workstations simultaneously. Be a ThroughHole Machine Operator by picking parts, setting up jobs per pick list, and running the production line. Perform firstline inspection of boards to ensure build quality. Collaborate with technicians and team leads to troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate downtime. Safely lift 35-45 pounds. Prepare reels and feeders for throughhole technology machines. Counts and moves materials to the production line. Burns firmware into electronic components using programming machines. Create and apply PCB labels manually or through automated systems. Perform machine setups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances to print specifications. Conduct visual classification and repair of rejected boards.
