Job Description Position Summary We are looking for an accomplished and experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex, high-visibility programs across our IT portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Global Program Services, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and timeline commitments. This is all part of delivering our Order Management Digital Infrastructure program vision. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Main Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Provide technical and program management expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of programs Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Help uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams, both by facilitating Big Room Planning, and through coordination across execution to remove major impediments to accelerate inter-team velocity Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting. Technical Leadership Partner with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with standards.
