Join a highimpact team supporting our Life Sciences Service organization! We're looking for a motivated and collaborative Supervisor, Inside Sales, to lead a team responsible for service agreement quoting, inside sales processes, and continuous operational improvement. In this role, you'll guide a team of inside sales professionals, streamline contract management processes, and partner closely with strategic accounts, marketing, and field operations. You will coach and develop team members, drive lean improvements, and ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and profitable contract quotes that support overall revenue goals. What you will do as Supervisor, Service Contracts and Inside Sales Support Lead and support a contract inside sales team, ensuring goals for renewals, new contracts, profitability, and ontime quote delivery are met. Strengthen and optimize the service contract quoting process and drive improvements using lean principles. Partner with strategic accounts, marketing, and crossfunctional teams to support growth initiatives and operational excellence. Review and refine contract terms and pricing to ensure compliance and accuracy. Train and develop new and current team members, fostering an engaging, collaborative, and highperformance work environment. Generate and manage quotes for billable service or parts, conduct customer followup, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with service support and customer operations teams on contract activation, reporting accuracy, and monthly alignment meetings. Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote communication, collaboration, and retention. The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed Required: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required Minimum 5 years of B2B (business-to-business) sales leadership experience Preferred: Experience with Lean/continuous improvement methodologies preferred Other: Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with all levels of the organization Ability to coach and develop talent, solve problems quickly, and make dataguided decisions Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to delivering excellent customer and team support Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) What STERIS Offers We value our employees and are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, well-being, and financial future.
