Professional Placement Service LLC Press Brake Operator in Mentor, Ohio
Nearly 40 years and still growing, this safety minded, fast growing provider of high-quality custom welding, fabrication, and maintenance solutions, is currently seeking a Press Brake Operator to join the team.
[Duties]
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to set up press brake operations, including selecting tooling, programming machine parameters, and positioning materials for precise bends.
- Operate and monitor the press brake to ensure consistent quality, performing in-process inspections with precision measuring tools to verify accuracy and identify defects.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, perform routine machine maintenance, and support additional shop tasks such as sawing when needed.

[Requirements]
- Previous experience operating Press Brake machines
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude with a good understanding of Brake Press programming and operation

[Details]
- $23 - $27 an hour
- Monday thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm; overtime as needed
