Digital and IT Associate Onsite role based in Mentor, OH with regular physical presence required Position Summary/Essential Functions: The Digital and IT Associate is an entry level IT technical position with 0 - 3 years related experience in a technical role working in a team environment. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting the end users and workstation environment at a specific location or potentially multiple manufacturing plants. The position provides installation, maintenance, and general support of hardware and software at a Tier 2 Level. It also supports end users with advanced questions or problems by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems in response to submitted support requests. The Digital and IT Associate is responsible for documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution. Responsibilities: Point of contact (POC) for team member deskside support, including PC, printer, network account and access requirements. Assist in onboarding and training new employees/contractors. Ability to communicate well, with good organizational skills to manage priorities and task switching. Understand how applications and technologies are utilized within the business. Day to day local hands-on IT support. Some basic work with servers, firewall, switches, circuits, endpoints, WiFi as examples. Assist in manufacturing equipment technical troubleshooting. Drive adherence to IT security compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area(or international equivalent) 0-3 years related IT experience Previous experience utilizing ServiceNow support ticketing system General knowledge of Information Technology architecture as it relates to connectivity. (Networks, servers, switches, ISP, DNS,) Excellent written and oral communication skills Customer service focused. Good organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams Provide after-hour technical support as needed. Experience with Azure DevOps Additional Helpful Skillsets: Expertise with simple to complex SQL queries Expertise with MS Power BI, Data Flows, Data Marts Experience with MS Power Automate We offer a comprehensi
