JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician\'s plan of care. Provides advice & support to the client\'s family. Reports significant changes in the client\'s condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician. Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs. Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician\'s orders, and medication profile for the client.
