JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB TITLE: CARPENTER As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for rough and finished carpentry. You will construct and install frameworks (walls, floors and roofs), doors, windows, cabinets, ceiling grid and other structures. Primary Responsibilities: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times Exhibit excellent general construction skills, using hand and power tools to perform a variety of assigned tasks Safe use of construction equipment, including telehandlers, aerial lifts and scissor lifts Accurately place and install various metal stud and truss components, including insulation, doors, windows and trim accessories Work schedule: 40+hours per week as needed Required Skills: Exhibit the ability to accurately read shop drawings, blueprints and building plans Accurately measure, cut and shape materials according to plans Dependable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to constantly develop quality and craftsmanship Must be able to work independently Must have experience in residential or commercial Carpentry Awareness of personal safety, safety of others and adhere to OSHA safety programs Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and effectively communicate with others Must be able to decipher the right materials for each job based off specific requirements ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: JOB TITLE: CARPENTER As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for rough and finished carpentry.
