Job Description
We are seeking a skilled welder proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding for custom projects across diverse industries such as framing, agriculture, and automotive. The role involves working with materials like stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and titanium. A critical aspect of the job is the ability to read blueprints and weld symbols accurately. Familiarity with quality tools such as calipers and micrometers is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, and robotic welding on custom projects.
Work with materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and titanium.
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
Utilize quality tools like calipers and micrometers for inspection.
Conduct maintenance and perform preventive maintenance (PMs) as required.
Essential Skills
Experience with MIG, TIG, and robotic welding.
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
Proficiency in using quality tools like calipers and micrometers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong work ethic.
Previous welding experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.

Work Environment
Work is conducted in a facility equipped with advanced fabrication technologies. We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 4am-12pm or 5am-1:30pm, and 2nd shift from 2:30pm-10:30pm. Overtime opportunities are available. The environment fosters a commitment to quality and safety in a structured setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
