Builds the backend systems and services that power our digital products, while shaping our engineering culture as we grow a resilient, full-stack engineering team. This role focuses on developing scalable, maintainable backend architectures using modern engineering principles such as domain-driven design, clean architecture, modular monoliths, microservices, asynchronous messaging, and robust API design. Works as part of a first-of-its-kind digital engineering group at Inception Health. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 5 years of Engineering experience of software programming, experience in a modern programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, Golang, etc. Mastery of one or more technical domains and is regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) among peers and mentors others. Efficient at decomposing requirements into engineering tasks within an issue tracker such as Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues/Project, etc. Proficient at debugging production issues using observability tools. Comfortable creating and reviewing component or system architecture designs that conform to industry best practices. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) \$49.15- \$84.07. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
