Role Summary: Reporting to the Service and Training Manager, the Service Technician will be responsible for field service and valve repair. While specific daily tasks can vary depending on the current workload, service activities include: instrumentation startup, configuration and documentation, calibration, troubleshooting, installation review, and problem-solving solutions or systems. Valve repair activities include evaluation and repair of automated and control valves, assembling new automated and control valves, and traveling to customer locations to provide service in the field. Formal technical training from our manufacturers will be a part of the required activities, which will certify your ability to competently work on instrumentation and other equipment.
