Scope of Position This highly motivated individual, as part of the Shipping department, will be responsible for inspecting, receiving, assembling, packing, loading, and securing both raw materials and finished products for inventory or shipment. You will ensure accurate and efficient material movement, supporting production requirements and delivery of products to customers. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Pick and pack products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Move materials among value streams and load/unload products from delivery trucks. Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and use scanning devices for tracking. Perform put-away processes, maintain bin locations, and create labels or move tickets as needed. Understand various shipping methods, including special packing for SAG accounts and export procedures. Maintain replenishment systems (Kanban) and follow docking plate and chocking procedures for safe loading operations.
