Job Title: Converting Operator Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for running and setting up machines, including operating a Delta Press with touch screen functions. You will need to read, analyze, and interpret customer measurements and tolerances, including blueprints and job tickets. Additionally, you will set up and insert rotary dies, splice roll material together, and adjust speed, tension, and alignment as necessary to ensure quality.
Responsibilities
Run and set up machines efficiently.
Operate the Delta Press using touch screen functions.
Read, analyze, and interpret customer measurements and tolerances from blueprints and job tickets.
Set up and insert rotary dies.
Splice roll material together accurately.
Adjust speed, tension, and alignment to ensure product quality.
Essential Skills
1 year or more of recent press operator experience in the paper or plastic industry.
1 year or more of experience with measuring tools such as tape measures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a cleanroom environment.
General labor experience.
Machine operation skills.
General production experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
